Fishers of Men in Tyranny

ISIS executes Christians who denies to recant their belief in Jesus
We have shed tears, we've ached our hearts seeing our brothers and sisters in Christ being killed, harassed and depraved to their own human rights just because of them, believing in Christ Jesus. But can't these be things are already expected as we follow Christ. have you ever think of the words of Jesus saying 'you must take up your own cross"?
Persecution is can be also considered as a blessing from God. Through this, love, patience, hope, and endurance will be developed. For it is said by apostle Paul that to live is Christ and to die is gain. We do not ask for it, but if it will come to us, we should stand firmly on our Lord knowing that He will always be beside us. We have to understand and put in our minds that persecution is not a curse but a privilege to every follower of Christ.
Persecution may come in different ways and those who will go through that are really those who truthfully offered their lives to God. on the parable of the sower; we should be the seed who were planted on the good soil, those seeds who grew and bear much fruits. Let us not let the hindrances of the world paralyze us from our mission as bearers of Christ kingdom.  Let us do our best to be the approved workman who are not ashamed. 0825e25810453370f8eac52ac0889ad2
Our sufferings are not for us to fight but for us to trust to our God who already overcame the world. Let's continue and finish the race that He had set before us, with all the clouds of witnesses around us. Let us not let sin hinder us but let us walk the life of faith with endurance. Remember that it is not our will to be done but his. In the midst of the darkness Jesus is the light who will guide our paths until we reach the finish line. Life with Christ doesn't mean that we won't have any problems to face, in fact, there would be more. the difference is that before, we tend to fail because we fight with our own strength but now we know that we will endure because we are fighting with the power of Christ that is in us. Living with Christ doesn't mean life would be easy. It will be very difficult, but it's worth it.
